Pandorum

Described by many as ALIEN meets RESIDENT EVIL I would be more apt to describe PANDORUM as Dennis Quaid loses his shit in deep space. It's a great loss of shit mind you but that's pretty much the extent of what makes PANDORUM unique. Not a bad film at all but other than the ending we've seen it all before. The Travis Milloy script tries to gussy up what is essentially an action film with some science and back story but in the end you won't care.....you'll just want to see the aliens do their thing and bo do they ever. Christian Alvart directs a sharp, atmospheric spook house here but unless you have one honkin' home theatre system much of the effect will be lost.
