Well, perhaps I should say a bit more than that. The story is fair, the acting all but mailed in and it looks as though De Niro and Pacino did this one simply to hang out together. Carla Gugino who we will see in the upcoming WATCHMEN film is fun to watch and has a great character to work with but you know you're in trouble when John Leguizamo can steal the film away from such A-list talent as this and it all falls on director Jon Avnet's shoulders. It's not that RIGHTEOUS KILL is a bad film, it's just not great and we've seen it all before, hence
